- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada, with delivery times ranging from 10-15 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. For orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $75), we offer free standard shipping within the United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at thepetquest@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. The Pet Quest is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
